We truly hope you love your purchase from Missi’s Signature Scents. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused product in accordance with the following policy:
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Once a return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 business days.
• Exchanges are not currently offered.
• All approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
• Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
• All returns require a return shipping label provided by Missi’s Signature Scents.
• Products must be returned in their original product packaging. Empty containers or products that have been used will not be accepted.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To request a return, please contact us at missisignaturescents@gmail.com. Please do not ship your return before receiving return instructions and a return label from Missi’s Signature Scents.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged and you would like a replacement, please contact us at missisignaturescents@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Refund Policy
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and processed.
Approved refunds will be issued within 5 business days and credited to the original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.
Missi’s Signature Scents reserves the sole and final discretion to determine whether an item meets the requirements for return and refund under this policy.
